For which you have to fill the registration form and deposit the ₹450 registration fee and upload it in the form. Along with this\, you have to take a screenshot of the payment in the name of the participant and whatsapp us on 7014355168.\n\n\n\nYou have to complete Suryanamaskar (12 steps) in the right conditions without stopping\, for which there is no time restriction. \n\n\n\nOur goal is to inspire you to perform continuous Surya Namaskar. To support this\, we are offering you an additional five attempts. For each attempt\, you will need to submit an additional fee of ₹150.\n\n\n\nYou can do this attempt from 15 August to 31st December by setting the date and time as per your convenience.\n\n\n\nParticipants will have to perform their live Suryanamaskar in the “Surya Namaskar” Facebook group.\n\n\n\nParticipants have to inform the organization by phone before coming live and get complete information about how to do it live.\n\n\n\nThe final decision in the competition will be taken by the organization\, which will be acceptable to all.\n\n\n\n\nGuidelines for Surya Namaskar Live Attempt\n\n\n\n1. While going live\, your mobile should be positioned in such a way that the side angle of all participant’s performing Surya Namaskar is clearly visible. \n\n\n\n2. Ensure that your team includes at least two individuals who can count and record your Surya Namaskar rounds on paper. The counting must be done in English\, and the voice should be clearly audible in the video. Additionally\, they should help in smoothly managing the live program and motivating you. \n\n\n\n3. If the Facebook Live stops due to any reason\, you will have to make a new attempt. Any rounds performed before the interruption will not be counted. \n\n\n\n4. To remain in the competition\, it is mandatory to follow all the above-mentioned instructions. \n\n\n\nBefore starting Surya Namaskar\, please say the following lines: \n\n\n\n“I\, (your name\, age\, and city)\, am participating in the Non-Stop Surya Namaskar Competition organized by the Akhil Bhartiya Yoga Mahasangh\, Jaipur.” \n\n\n\nTo receive the Facebook group link for the live Surya Namaskar performance\, please contact us on WhatsApp 7014355168. \n\n\n\nPayment Details\n\n\n\nPlease read the Surya Namaskar Championship instructions carefully and then pay the fee. Once the fee is paid\, its non-refundable. \n\n\n\nReg.
